		<description>Hi Bill, My view of Starbuck&#039;s is quite narrow, but I am a loyal customer. I wish they would say, we&#039;ll get you your stuff quickly. The only thing worse than a $5 coffee is waiting interminably for a $5 coffee. As for my own value prop ... I&#039;m going to have to ponder that one!</description>
