We Help Managers Make a Difference

Improve Your Thinking

All levels of management have to run a repeating cycle of sensing changes and responding to them in a timely manner. We call this repeating cycle the Sense-Response Cycle. Our services give managers the tools they need to run this cycle more effectively.

We are Consulting-Educators and although we can conduct off-the-shelf workshops we prefer not to. Our mission is to help managers prepare themselves and their company for their future. Consequently, we want every engagement to be as tailored to specific needs as possible.

Our offerings range from Assessments, to Workshops, to Consulting and Facilitation. (See Bill Welter videos.)

We survey managers’ behaviors, knowledge, attitudes, and opinions to assess an organization’s strengths and challenges in running the Sense-Response Cycle.
